2. Eligibility

• You must not share your account or login details with any other person
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Course Enrolment & Access

Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view the purchased course content for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

• Course access is granted to the registered account holder only
• Access period may be limited to the duration specified at the time of purchase
• Rupantaran reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time
• We do not guarantee course availability indefinitely

5. Prohibited Use of Content

You expressly agree that you will not:

• Download, record, screenshot, or capture any video lesson or course material
• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicence any course content
• Upload course content to any third-party platform including YouTube, social media, or file-sharing sites
• Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission from Rupantaran
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may result in legal action.

6. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway
• Rupantaran reserves the right to change course prices at any time without prior notice
• Promotional pricing is valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rupantaran Platform — including but not limited to video lessons, audio content, written materials, graphics, logos, and course structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of Rupantaran and its instructors, protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without prior written consent from Rupantaran.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:

• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass or abuse other users or instructors
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The courses and content on Rupantaran are provided for educational and personal development purposes only. Results may vary. Rupantaran does not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement, or result from completing a course. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rupantaran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

Rupantaran reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions, without notice and without refund. You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
